Overview

Scenarios allow you to create different versions of your organization design project to explore and compare future states of the organization. For example, if you want to restructure your Marketing team to improve communication, you can design different approaches as separate scenarios and compare them side-by-side to find the best solution.

When you create a project:

  • A snapshot of the latest data is stored as the baseline, which serves as the starting point for all scenarios created in the project.

  • A default scenario is automatically created for you.

You can share scenarios with collaborators, allowing them to comment on the scenario and view metrics and design principles. For more information, see Scenario Access Levels.
